Where are your cleaners from?

What is the age range of your cleaners?
Our dedicated team consists of professionals aged 25 to 60, bringing a rich blend of youthful energy and seasoned expertise to ensure top-quality cleaning services.
What happens if the cleaner is on Medical / Urgent Leave?
We ensure continuity by dispatching a replacement staff member on the same day, guaranteeing that all essential duties are seamlessly covered.
How fast would the response time be for stand-in staff?
To ensure efficient scheduling and briefing, we require at least 2 hours' notice before our supervisor dispatches the team to your location.
How fast will your cleaner be able to start work if we decide to engage your company?
Following the receipt of a confirmation agreement, it typically takes 3 to 5 working days to source and schedule a cleaner. During this period, MIW arranges for suitable candidates to attend a site orientation and receive a thorough briefing on their job duties. Cleaners are deployed only once they feel confident and prepared for the role, minimizing the risk of early resignation and ensuring seamless operations for our clients.
What happen if cleaner’s service are not up to our customer’s expectation?
We place great importance on feedback during the initial 1-2 weeks to help cleaners adjust seamlessly to their roles. MIW's operational and support teams actively manage expectations between the client and cleaner, providing briefings and addressing any concerns. If no improvements are observed or changes to the cleaning requirements are necessary, we will promptly arrange for a suitable replacement.
What are the payment terms for engaging our service?
Credit terms for monthly contracts are strictly set at 7-15 days. For ad-hoc contracts, immediate payment is required upon job completion through cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, cash cheque, or cheque.
How long will most of your service contract be?
The contract will remain active until terminated. Termination requires a written notice of 15 to 30 days, depending on the agreed terms.
What does your service rate include (Corporate Service Contracts)?
Our cleaners' compensation and benefits package includes basic pay, CPF contributions, medical insurance, and public liability coverage. The package also provides training, replacement staff during medical leave or vacations, personnel changes due to performance issues, and supervisory, sourcing, and management oversight. In compliance with NEA requirements, it includes the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) bonus. Additionally, where applicable, cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, along with their maintenance, are also provided.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and toiletries as well?
We supply a standard set of cleaning materials and, upon request, can provide a comprehensive selection of toiletries to meet your needs.
How fast can the client get their quote?
MIW will provide a detailed quote within 1-2 days after receiving the client's specific service requirements.
